[Plugin: WP-o-Matic] 400 bad request

Wp o Matic is one of the best RSS reader for WordPress that I have ever seen but I have a very strange problem with this plugin. It works perfect but sometimes it make an invalid link (400 bad request).
I give you an example. I am running this plug in on my website and it gives the normal link like this:

http://iranianakhbar.com/cinema/%D9%85%D9%85%DB%8C%D8%B2%DB%8C-%D8%AF%D8%B1-%D8%B3%DB%8C%D9%86%D9%85%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%9B-%D8%AA%D9%86%D9%88%D8%B9-%D8%AF%D8%B1-%D8%B4%DB%8C%D9%88%D9%87%E2%80%8C%D9%87-2.html

but sometime, from the same RSS it gives an invalid link like this:

http://iranianakhbar.com/cinema/%d8%a8%d9%87%d9%85%d9%86-%d9%81%d8%b1%d9%85%d8%a7%d9%86%e2%80%8c%d8%a2%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%8c-%da%a9%d8%a7%d8%b1%da%af%d8%b1%d8%af%d8%a7%d9%86-%d8%a7%db%8c%d8%b1%d8%a7%d9%86%db%8c-%d9%85%d9%85%d9%86%d9%8-2.html

I keep getting this kind of links on the different RSS and I really don’t know how to fix this problem. I will really appreciate if anybody could help me to fix this issue.
