[Plugin: WP Photo Album Plus] Why Photo wont LINK to outside website? Even with PS Overrule?

    When user sees photos in the gallery, and clicks on the large photo, instead of loading the full size image I would like to point to an URL.

    I checked the PS OVERRULE ticket in Settings IV Mphoto
    I added the URL for each photo in the Gallery, in the LINK URL Field.
    I even added a title in LINK TITLE.

    I tested the PS OVERRULE for all other available options (thumbnails, etc.) and it works for all other options. For example, it does work for the thumbnail if I use PS Overrule (clicking on thumb goes to website url). So why it doesn’t work with the Photo displayed in the Gallery?

    To make clear: Mphoto is the display of a single photo in the same style as a single uploaded photo within core wp with a caption.
    You can make it as follows:

    %%wppa%%
    %%mphoto=13%%

    etc.

    The PS overrule was not implemented because i did not think anybody needed it.

    So, i now made it.

    If you upgrade to version 4.2.4 you will find PS Overrule for fullsize slideshow images in Table VI item 8.

    May I ask your input on two more questions?

    A) Is there any way we can have the Next Photo load automatically when the user taps on a RATING? At the moment, user has to click on Rating to rate the photo, then click on NEXT to go to the next photo. You see, I use PHOTO ALBUMS to create Photo Rating Contests, and users have 100 photos to rate. In ideal scenario, user would enter his RATING, and the page would load automatically to next photo.

    B) Is there a way to HIDE the Average Rating when the photo is displayed? At the moment, I can only see an option to Hide Average Rating with Thumbnails, but not with the fullsize slideshow photo…

I would be interested in making a payment contribution in order to get those two features added in a release before the end of the current month, as I would need them for December 1st in an upcoming gallery post.
