[New Plugin] Category Tagging

    I have written a plugin that provides a tag cloud and related posts based on WordPress categories.
    By using this plugin, you can use the categories as tags and there is no more a need for using other tagging plugins (such as UTW or Jerome’s Keywords) — as long as you do not need the WP categories at all.
