Wp Dashboard not functioing

Hi there, please help. My WP dashboard will not work. There are multiple problems, and my personalized set up of the dashboard has been altered, but there are no other WP users on my site, and anyone trying to hack into the site are blocked by WSD security. I am unable to open the “kitchen sink” editing tools- as no button is available on my WP post toolbar anymore; when I try to type, no words show up, and I have no toolbar feature to give the typing “color”. I have no ability to use toolbar tools for pasting from “word”, but if I do just “ctrl-v” from Word, it pastes the text invisibly and without formatting. my HTML tab does not click/function, and the “Howdy LA Juice” drop down will not work, so I cannot even log out.

Please help me restore my dashboard functionality.
