[Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields] Avoid selecting more than one image to upload.

I have two questions:
I insert an image filetype.When creating a new post, if I click “Add image” the Media library uploader prompts out. then I have to choose “Select files” and I can choose more than one file. When images are uploaded I can only choose one to display in the post, however, all the images previously selected have been already uploaded to the server.

1. Is there a way to limit the user to choose (when selecting from his computer) only one image?

2. Can I skip/avoid the Media library uploader step and go directly from “add image” to my computers folder and back to the post edit (like in the second video: http://plugins.elliotcondon.com/advanced-custom-fields/demonstration/ )?
