Super Admin

I am trying to help a friend gain access to her website http://www.westcoast-falconry.com

Someone else designed the site for her (super administrator)
It appears that she has only administrator access. She wants to have full access to her editing capabilities but the person is not responding to her requests. She IS the legal owner of the website.

Can anyone advise me on how I can help resolve this issue? How can she regain control of her website if the other individual does not want to give up control?
