ComicPress upload/insert media not working

    Using ComicPress. Trying to add images into the post body text but it never works. When I click “Insert into post” I get a blank white page.

    I turned off all plugins, no effect.
    Deleted all plugins, no effect.
    Deleted everything, new WP install with no plugins, still doesn’t work.

    Please help. Keep in mind I’m a novice. Thanks.
