FKD Redirect Feed Listings in Search Results (by Lushlab) [new plugin]

Some search engines may list the comments feed for a post, instead of the HTML version of the post and its comments, as a result. This redirects the user to the permalink for the post when they click on the comments feed link from the search results page.

Suggestions for a clearer plugin name and/or description welcome. Right now it only checks google referrers (test by searching for “site:yourdomain.com inurl:feed”).
