Same header and footer across all pages

It’s for my fantasy football league.

I have the same header and footer across every page. The header and footer are being called using php include tag. Header and footer are located at http://www.vlffl.com/header.php and footer.php. the blog is at http://www.vlffl.com/corner/wordpress. How can I include the same header and footer across the blog? By the way, this is all I know about php so please be detailed. Thanks
