My site is not displaying Theme correctly

Hey guys I’m pretty a first time wordpress user and I’m running into early errors. I have already trying looking to the forums but cant seem to find someone with the same issue I have. First i want to layout what I’m running so maybe ya’ll can help me correct the problem.
-Running the lastest Wampserver software which includes (Apache,PHP,MySQL)
-I’m running on my own computer at home which i set up as a server.
-I have the lastest version of wordpress i believe
-My website name is already linked to my IP address which is http://www.crossfiregames.net

If anyone can explain to my why others can’t see my theme that would be great. I can see everything perfect on my own server side but everone outside the network cant see it properly
