It doesn’t look like that theme has a widgetized area, you would have to add the slideshow template tag to the header.php file.

It would be possible to create something similar to the Flash slideshow in your example, you would have to use three slideshows, one for each slide image and use metadata to customize the settings of the individual slideshows so that they have the proper delay.
