Thanks for your feedback and suggestion, I am glad you can use the plugin!
I have had the same thought, however, I am not a big fan of forcing content to the post screen of other post types, among other things because this could mess with a certain setup that another plugin author had made for his post type.
I am not refusing that it will be implemented somehow some day though, it’s just not a priority right now.
If you want to show a sidebar with a certain group of posts before they’re even made, you could make it appear with e.g. all posts or just the ones that contain a specific category or specific term.
For hierarchical post types (e.g. pages) I’ve thought of an option for whether or not all children of a selected object should be included automaticly.

Dear Joachim. This feature would be very much appreciated (auto apply to children), since the authors and editors often create subpages (not level 1 pages) after the website is aired.
Any thoughts on this? Maybe a separate checkbox? Implementation should be doable using get_ancestors()
.
Thank you in advance.
I haven’t really thought about it since my the last post, nor have I looked into if it is possible to implement in the plugin’s current design. Your description of it would be the easiest and most intuitive way to do it, yes.
As I now know that there is at least 1 person that wants this feature, I will have a look at it in one of the next few days when I have the time. Thanks for your feedback!
