Links .. open in new window??

I would like to have the Links in my sidebar open in a new window .. and I can’t seen to find which file to look at to add the

target=”_blank”

code ..

Note: I just want to have the Links open in a new window .. not Categories or anything else in the sidebar.

Any help?
