Searching Coder for Theme-Mod/Rebuild

I really like the WP-Theme (GNU-Lic.) Ari from Elmastudio (v1.09 DL here). The creator studio is busy and has no time to develop this theme.

I’d like to have this thema as a base and a mod or rebuild, that features:

• Menu: support for Dropdown or similiar (CSS vertical navi subpages), formating options (font size, linebreak subpages, etc.)
• more Widget areas (overFooter, Showcase/overContent) + maybe basic widget visibility: front_page, home, page, single,…
• extended post thumbnails features (size, positioning, style)
• Fancybox integration (theme options) for images/media
• qTranslate Plugin compatibility check
• optimized CSS3 Fallback für IE < 9 – focus on IE8 (Win XP)
• WordPress Post For­mats support (WP 3.1+)
