Request theme help

I wanted some help from those people that know hopw to code a template. I can really handle CSS and the images, since i am pretty good when it comes to photoshop. So i was wondering if there was somebody with some spare time to help me code a theme that looks like.. http://www.thesuperficial.com/

i want the layout wise to look like that. a three column, well pretty much the way its layout is set, i going to change the images and the fonts and colors and whatnot. so if someone could it would me most appriciated..
