Got the new password, but username not working?

    I have re set my password, but now for some reason its saying that the username that I have isn’t working.
    I have gone to my dashboard, user, and checked to make sure I was typing it in right, and I have been doing it right, so typed it in again, but still not working.

    This is really odd, I am logged into my Dashboard for blog, and can edit it with out issues.

    Anyone able to help out?

    I don’t understand. The “Dashboard” is the WordPress Administration Panels, of which Dashboard is one of the panels within. You can log in and edit or you can’t?

    I can log in, in my wordpress dashboard, but trying to log in to wordpress web site, and for some reason keeps saying wrong login.

    Once you log into your WordPress Administration Panels, you are logged in and do not need to log in again. You should be able to view the pages on your site without any more logins. That is what I do not understand.

    If there is a problem between logging in via your WordPress Administration Panels and then logging out and using the login feature from the front of your WordPress blog, then something you are doing with the username and password isn’t correct at that time. Or the WordPress Theme you are using has a problem with the login actions. Contact your WordPress Theme author for an update or ask if that is the issue and it continues to be a problem.
