move from bbpress to bbpress plugin on WordPress

Hi guys
I ran a small standalone bbpress-powered forum (with its own database) for a while, but have now installed the bbpress plugin for WordPress on my blog.
How do I move/import/convert all the threads, posts and users over to the WordPress-powered bbpress?
