  • Hi I have the smae problem what did you do to fix?

    Thread Starter syconet

    (@syconet)

It continued for some time, i disable some plugin but didn’t got success.
After 1 day it was solved automatically.

Iv tried everything the problem is still there.. open to suggestions..

The usual things to try to see if it works are usually :

    – delete your browser cache (not while your dashboard is open, haha), usually with the keyboard shortcuts control-shift-del, close your browser, reload the dashboard, spam F5 and control-F5 to be sure. try again. Fixed ?

    – and within another browser, same deal ?

    – what happens if you log in with another user account (create one if necessary), is the bug still present ?

    – Change template, temporarily switch to the default one. Reload the dashboard, spam F5 and control-F5 to be sure. Fixed ?

    – Note to yourself which of your plugins are activated or not. Deactivate them all. Reload the dashboard, spam F5 and control-F5 to be sure. Fixed ?

You should tell first if those “usual tricks” worked or not, to help solving your problem 🙂
