Headings for Categories

Hi,

I wonder if someone could help me on this please ? I’m trying to break apart and seperate my blog categories with a text heading similar to the default heading of ‘blog categories’ as shown here. http://www.flakito.net/site/en/

I want have seperate text headings for pilgrims progress and inner pilgrim.

Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks in advance.
