Help with video widget.

    I recently built a new blog and I installed “easy video widget” to put a small video on the side of site. But when I check the site it says “flash plugin required” instead of showing video?? I thought the original plugin was enough. I can’t get it to work for nothin. What else do I need and how do I install it?
    I imagine i have the newest wordpress as godaddy installed it a week ago after I bought the domain.
