[Plugin: WPSC] How to reduce unnescessary query loads?

    Hi all,
    I’ve got the WP getShopped (formerly known as WP Shopping-Cart) installed, but I really only want to use it in a certain area. I discovered that the plugin is executing unnescessary queries on ever page load even, when there’s not a single WPSC element on the screen.

    Does anybody know how to cut those loads or completely remove them without disabling the plugin?
