    Hiya all,

    I tried to search the forums but didn’t get a hit on “comment” “comments” or “theme comments”. So while it’s most likely been answered, I’m asking.

    Since I updated to 2.0 (still have to do the update to 2.0.2) from 1.5.?, the comment counts on my pages are showing 0, even if there are comments in the database (which I get an email notification for).

    This is the code that I’m using everywhere on the site:
    <?php comments_popup_link(‘Comments (0)’, ‘Comments (1)’, ‘Comments (%)’); ?>

    This is the exampple that the codex gives:
    <?php comments_number(‘no responses’,’one response’,’% responses’); ?>.

    These are close enough to the same that I shouldn’t need to worry.

    To test, I switched to the WordPress default and WordPress classic themes – I have the same problem here as in my “default” North Country Coders theme.

    Can anybody give me a hand, here, please?

    For those interested in testing for themselves, the website is http://www.confuzzled.nl – if you do put in a comment, be aware that Spam Karma is running, so any nonesense comments won’t be posted, which sort of messes up the whole test.

    Thanks!
