• I have just released version 2.4 of my sitemap generator plugin. It adds the following features:

    – Choose to show everything, or just posts or pages
    – Can show publish date for posts (and configure the date/time format)
    – Added ability to exclude categories!!
    – Option to open links in new windows

This plugin is extremely customizable, and can be configured from the options page of the control panel.

For more information, including a full feature list, and examples, you can visit the plugin page here:

  • There’s no need to open a new topic with every update, better keep it in one topic.

PD: Sorry if I sound harsh, I don’t mean it 🙂

I’ll respectfully disagree. I’d rather see a topic per release (within reason…) to help keep the support and usability issues seperated.

Both of you have a good point.. as of right now, I only sometimes post here when I update, but maybe I will start being consistent 😉

I am agree with @handysolo creating a New Topic per release /updates is Best.

The reason, why a New Topic is very simple.

    1. First, it will help the writer save time digging out an older post.

    2. Secondly, sometimes a topic becomes so lenthy, that people would not bother to look in untill & unless, they have specific need to refer.

if i click on the second page there isn’t any link, i must use “0” to show allt he link in the same page

I like the new topic idea. I’ve already updated and I usually don’t even look in threads with more than 10-12 replies.
Thanks for a great plugin Aleister. I’ve been a fan since you came out with the 1st version.

All I can say is “Wow!” and “Thanks!” This is fantastic and I’m really impressed with all the options provided “under the hood” to tweak it now or in the future. Great plugin!

    Hey guys – I’m just wondering…. Let’s say you have a Forum & Blog & a PhotoBlog… do u need a sitemap for each one of these?

I have a sitemap for my Forum, but not my Blog. Just wondering your opinion.

    my best,
    Joey
