   Hey...just did a buncha mods to my header.php and css file to make my blog look good in a wide screen.

   Now the side bar is lookin good in FF but invisable in IE..yeat in the code source for both.

   someone gota quick fix???

   never mind...found it...frikin side bar is down at the bottem of my page...so i looked around in here and wouldn't ya know it...some dudes got the same problem :)

   Try the K2 theme - it's IE friendly. :>)

   Getting the sidebar to show up has been nothing short of a nightmare. Can anyone offer guidance?

   This is a problem in IE, not Wordpress.

   IE doesn't fit the Italics correctly across two lines.

   Solutions:

   1. Remove the italics
   2. Split the italics so that each segment is less than a line width.
   3. Change to another theme and see if the problem still exists
   4. If you find a theme that works, try to figure out how to modify the CSS of you current theme to make it work, then report back here.

   I discovered this problem a while back and chose route (2) as the easy way out.
