I am able to get to the wordpress page but when I try to access on of my posts I get a message saying that I don't have sufficient permissions to access that page.

What version of WP are you using ?

Is this a new installation of WordPress or an upgrade? Did you run the upgrade script (wp-admin/upgrade.php)? Do you have a directory called wp-content/cache?
