[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Ajax Error, no returned error text

    Hello,

    I’m fairly good at debugging plugins, but I have never seen an Ajax request using the ‘Options’ action.

    The form method and action appear correct – post and the page with #form-id

    When looking in firebug, after clicking send, there is a request sent to OPTIONS, the url being the url of the page, with no response text or html.

    I only have Akismet enabled and a custom theme with no js script includes at all. Latest wp version.

    I added the error property to the jQuery ajaxForm in scripts.js to see what the error is and it has no response text, just a type of ‘error’.

    Any suggestions or other files I can debug? I really want to use Akismet with the contact form an have Never had an issue with Contact Form 7 – it’s been the best!
