without seeing your site, it is virtually impossible to comment on your problem.
do the links to the single posts work?
what is your permalink setting?
can you post a link to your site?
Sounds like a pretty random issue, i’d bet at least a small part of the farm that you’ve either made a mistake on the install (unlikely) or you have a plugin issue.
Try deactivating your plugins one by one and trying the post comments link until it works and then you’ve found your problem
Otherwise, as above, post a link to your site.

The post comment link or bubble does not work on the blog. When it is pressed, you receive this error message.
“This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help”
I also receive this message when you “view” the post direct from the dashboard.
Any ideas?
