[Plugin: Adminer] Great Plugin! Suggestion to Improve

I think this plugin is absolutely fantastic. Just a suggestion that I think would improve it greatly for WP Multisite:

With multisite, it only should be available to super-admins with network activation from the Network Administrator menu, in my opinion, much like BackWPup.
