   I want to be able to create a section in my sidebar that has a heading of the year (i.e. 2005, 2004, etc.) then lists linked post titles that were posted in that year.

   For example:

   2006:
   Post Title
   Post Title
   etc.

   2005:
   Post Title
   Post Title

   Is there a wordpress template tag for this or a plugin that can do it?
