Trojan Downloader warning from Kaspersky Internet Security

Today I got a warning from Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 (11.01.400) when I try to access my blog (WordPress 3.2.1)
The warning is that the file path /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.6.1// and /wp-includes/js/l10n.js?ver=20101110// contain Trojan Downloader JS JScript.h
How do I fix it?
