Condition for single.php

    Hi
    I have a theme with 2 single.php
    I compared them with winmerge and there is no difference between them but with using one of them my site appear right on firefox and wrong on ie
    and using the other one vice versa
    Anyway , I want to know can i use a condition for this problem?
    I mean I say if it was IE load iesingle.php except single.php
    Is that possible?
