[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Couple of issues – Thesis and MailPress

2 different blogs, neither are very complex but with different plugins

1) Mailpress isn’t able to add new users with minify on

2) Thesis1.8.2 is wonky – half the time changes to thesis settings work, other times the settings are lost if OpCaching is on

0.9.2.3 was fine with both
