Any Plugin to fix the Hidden LInk Attack

Helo,

I got to knwo that my site has been infected by hidden links attack

is there any one who can sugggest me how to get rid of this

I am seeing log of links on my sites pages.

I find it out that is some thing added in my wp-option table with xmprpc etc

Any one suggest me best plugin to use and not to face such issues
