How to add a 'posts' under one page

the name of the site is http://nada-net.com

basically where it says news, at the last tab i want it to list my posts. so like when theres something new going on i wanna just write a post and then it to be updated there automatically.

i went in to settings, reading and have set it to static as i want it to look like a website but now i need to keep viewers up to date with the latest news and i think its the best way. under the static option there is a posts page, i have selected the news page. but nothing happens to it
