Importing Blogger

I am attempting to utilize the import blogger plugin but to no avail. When I enter my name and password, I receive the following message “Failed to connect to 66.102.15.100: Permission denied” I am certain I entered the correct information. Is there a server setting that needs to be changed in order to correct this?
