Possible bug affecting RSS feed post order & making changes to navigation

I use WP Clear WordPress Theme made my Solostream which has a featured posts slider on the homepage. I currently have two posts featured in this slider which keep appearing as my first two posts in my RSS feed everyday despite their old post dates.

I want my most recent posts to be first. How can I resolve this issue and get my RSS feed back in order?

I also moved my subscribe button (and all its subcategories) in the navigation bar to the about section as a sub category. This change appears when viewing the pages section in the WordPress dashboard but not on my site.
