[Plugin: WP-Cirrus] Doesn't show the animation but just a row of tags

Hello, i’m trying to make the plugin work but it doesn’t. It only shown a bulleted list of tags without the great animation… I have wordpress 3.2.1 installed and work with the canvas theme of woothemes…
