[Plugin: ALO EasyMail Newsletter] Send to a friend link?

    Just wondered if the plugin supports “send to a friend?”

    For example, in the newsletter that’s emailed out I’d like to include a link that allows the recipient to send it to a friend or colleague. Doing it in this fashion enables tracking that wouldn’t be available by simply forwarding the email on.

    For now this feature is not included in plugin yet. You can prepare your “forward-to-a-friend” placeholder to put into newsletter content (how to add a new placeholder: http://www.eventualo.net/blog/easymail-newsletter-for-developers/#tutorial-customplaceholder ): it should include a link with some variables (newsletter, recipient…) to a landing page on your blog.
    Then you have to create the landing page with a form that can be filled by the reader.
    You can do it yourself and then share the code, or make a magnificent donation to me and I’ll do it 🙂
