To answer your question, in my wordpress dashboard, under the menu of plugins there is no add new plugin to upload the viralurl plugin into my blogsite on wordpress.
Hope this answer your question. Im looking to ad a new plugin by viralurl, and I cant seem to add this plugin?

Hi Ed,
Another way to do it is via FTP. If you visit: http://www.viralplugin.com/wordpress/ – you can download it from there, then unzip it, and simply connect using a FTP client (like fireftp) to your site, find your ‘plugins’ folder, and upload it in there.
