Sorry to bump, but any ideas as to what is causing this? Or how I can fix it? I still can’t login with one of my test accounts.

Could possibaly be IP Access Restrictions by S2Members plugin
When I disable IP Access Restrictions by S2Members plugin this did correct this issue, but now I have any issue with this restriction being disable.

Just started to have this issue today. This has been going on for nearly 4 hours! This is what I got for my blog:

We encountered this problem as well. Clearing the IP restrictions log did the trick. Here’s where I found an explanation of the problem and the fix:
