• This is a *wonderful* plugin and I’m quite glad it’s already working with BP 1.5.

I have a client which asked for wiki space for each group and there’s a number of plugins out there. This one is the best I’ve seen simply cause it doesn’t break and has good styling. Wiki’s however have features this doesn’t, like author highlighting and [links to other pages via shortcodes]. PB Works has the behaviour they’re expecting.

I realize this is a ton of work but I wanted to see how likely these changes are and how many other people are interested in using these features.

Links via [brackets] is something I would definitely like to implement. I just opened a ticket so I wouldn’t forget this suggestion (which won’t be too hard to implement at all) https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-docs/issues/134

What do you mean by “author highlighting”?

I forget where I saw it and just realized wikipedia and PB Works don’t have it.

By author highlighting, I mean a button on the edit page which highlights everything in green (for example) written by Author A and everything in orange by Author B, etc. Just a quick toggle to see who wrote what instead of sifting through revision compares or activity history.

Gotcha. That’s a lot harder. Right now my History feature uses WP’s built-in diff producer. What you’re asking might require me to implement my own, which is rough 🙂
