Override Featured Image on Post Save

    Is it possible to automatically override the featured image assignment on post save based on a separate image variable?

    Example workflow would be:

    1. upload/link video
    2. if video exists, retrieve video screenshot, and
    3. set screenshot to save as featured image upon post save, possibly by filter.
