Custom Post Types and "Your own post options" – issue

Let me begin by saying that I truly appreciate the work you’ve put into the plugin, Frank. It’s great!

Now, on to my problem: with custom post types, if I add classes/IDs to my “own post options” and save my settings, the fields appear correctly. But at the same time, the classes/IDs I’ve added are gone, which forces me to copy-paste the field every time I want to change something in order to not loose the fields.

Do you understand what I’m trying to get at? I believe it is a problem with the fields not correctly saving to the DB. I’d love to get some help with this!
