   I am using word press in a few community sites with success, how ever i have another site that finds the layout to hard to use and are not uing it for this reason

   Is there a basic template or theme that simplifies the viewing and blogging process

   Such as the default theme that comes bundled with every WordPress download?

   If not to your taste, you can find some more themes here:

   What is the "viewing process"? How can it be more simplified than opening your browser and look at the blog?

   Themes have nothing to do with the "blogging process" - the admin interface is always the same, regardless of the theme they are using.

   The basic WP layout is the Classic theme.
