• After messing around with widths in the stylesheet, I noticed my columns have all gone crazy. Is there a way to reset the theme stylesheet back to it’s original width?

  • You could replace your current stylesheet with a copy of the original. You’d probably need to redownload WordPress if you don’t have one sitting around, and any other changes you made would be lost as well.

Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress 3.2 theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues.

Create a child theme for your customisations. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.

Thank you both for the response. Unfortunately, I have already made the edits as I was playing around with the widths, trying to learn more on stylesheet editing. In the future I will create a child theme.
