Windows 7 Permission error when uploading plugin

I run into the same problem than nomoretables (post with the same title);

“Hi Guys. I’m getting a permission error when uploading a plugin.
The uploaded file could not be moved to B:\wamp\www\houtbayprop\wordpress/wp-content/uploads.”
Running Win7, Wamp 2.0. The pluging uploads fine on my XP partition also running the same Wamp and WP, so it’s obviously a Win7 permission thing. “

any solution on that matter ?

I setup permission to max for all folders without any result.

Could it be a size issue related to Wamp, apparently no, since it seems to work fine on XP .
