2 languages – how to build the folders?

    Hello together,
    I am planning to do 2 languages (English & German/Deutsch) with 2 databases and installations, i guess I also need to intall all plugins/themes twice.
    My blogs will both be in a sub-folder.

    My question now:
    Does it make a difference to build the folders like this
    1) abc.com/blog
    2) abc.com/blog/german

    or that:
    1) abc.com/blog
    2) abc.com/blog_german

    Or which version would be better?

    Could you not use a translator plugin like gtranslate?

    That would solve you having to re-write all of the blog posts twice.

    I am not going to rewrite content and just translate it, it will be two two different blogs, but thanks for your idea.
    So do you have any recommendation about the structure of folders?

    If these are going to be two completely different sites, I’d suggest the second option – otherwise one will be “seen” as being a sub-site of the other.
