Best contact form plugin for multiple authors?

I am creating a website with multiple authors (100+) and I want them to have the ability to create their own custom contact forms, and have the information be relayed to THEM. I also want them to be able to see that information and organize it, if possible.

What plugin would be the best way of going about this?

I looked into grunion, (which does everything I want, except organizing the information!)

Please help.
