Feedback doesn't work, does not uninstall properly

Sending feedback directs to a ‘not found’ page.

Plugin is very hard to uninstall – deactivating it and removing it through wordpress doesn’t get rid of it. Adds links to the menu that have to be removed after the plugin is uninstalled. All support is in Portuguese.
