I presume this is a theme from ThemeForest? As ThemeForest is just a marketplace, support is from the individual theme authors. It appears that support (or lack of it) is in the Paradise theme comments section on ThemeForest.
This highlights the fact that while ThemeForest themes are cheap, you get what you pay for and it’s better to avoid themes from ThemeForest
